CHARLIE CHARLES
HE BASICALLY INVENTED THE SOUND OF ITALIAN TRAP. AFTER COUNTLESS PLATINUM AND GOLD RECORDS, CHARLIE CHARLES NEEDS NO INTRODUCTION.
From his first productions with Sfera Ebbasta in the "Emergenza" mixtape to the first place in the Sanremo italian music festival, Charlie Charles's career is full of reached goals and great moments.
He started working on beats in 2013, focusing on a trap style inspired by Lex Luger, Rick Ross and french rap.
But the first results of his work started in 2015 with the album "XDVR" by Sfera Ebbasta and the singles he produced for Ghali.
In 2015/2016, Charles Charles produced so many hit songs that his sound automatically became the trap sound of Italy.
Charlie Charles productions had a huge impact on the scene, every new producer wanted to sound like him and every rapper wanted to rap on his beats.
His signature style consists of mixing french trap bpms and melodies with american drums and basses.
He often uses percussions and real instruments too like guitars and horns, creating a unique latin inspired style.
Charlie is probably the italian producer with more certifications, counting more than 100 platinum albums and singles.
In 2019 he won the italian music festival of Sanremo with "Soldi" by Mahmood, produced by him and Dardust.
The song became a huge hit even outside Italy and Mahmood performed it at Eurovision festival gaining the second place.
Charlie Charles is definitely a worldwide producer right now, considering his production for tracks with featuring from great international rappers, like "Cupido" by Sfera Ebbasta with Quavo, "Figli Di Papà RMX" with Lacrim and "Balenciaga" with SCH.
Lately he's starting to collaborate with italian pop singers, as he's featured in the single "CHEYENNE" by Francesca Michielin and he continues to work on the Mahmood project.
